Florida State Seminoles @ North Caroline Tarheels Halftime Thread
Do not Post Pictures in the comment section during games. It slows everything down.
Keep cursing to a minimum (we're a bit more lenient on this during a game than the typical day).

Think about it?
I think we would still be losing coach!
Proud supporter and student of The Florida State University
I knew
when i saw 1st and goal from inside the 5 we would not be getting a TD.

First half obs
1) There only one observation: We are in total disarray and lacking any discipline.
Everything else flows from that.
I get that just from their facial expressions on the sideline
They look defeated, and that was in the 1st quarter
LMAO
Fire this embarrassment now. That’s the one silver lining, I get to enjoy Bowden’s argument for returning crumble around him.
Dude
You can’t get too caught up in the numbers.
Look at their faces, their non-verbals.
This team is completely falling apart.
Evidence is fine
But this team has ZERO belief it can win the game.
FSUn, what is the difference in field position? And what is the difference in the number of plays?

Thanks for the info.
Just enough to make a difference. Particularly due to the fact that they are stringing plays (longer series) together.

Big plays
We got lucky on what could have been two very big pass plays that would have changed those stats significantly. If the secondary keeps letting WR run right past them I think that will change in their favor in the 2nd half.

Redzone O
Is anyone else concerned with the way things are handled when the offense gets down there? If JF is gonna be our head coach, this needs to be addressed
It's been more successful than you remember...the failures stand out
But, regardless, the question I posed to badknees was, what does Jimbo’s playcalling inside the 10 have to do with his ability to be our next head coach? You realize he won’t be the offensive coordinator, right?

It wont if he isnt calling plays.
Speed is a great asset; but it's greater when it's combined with quickness - and there's a big difference.

Well played.

Our D is awful.

Yes and no. The process is mostly correct. In fact statistics show that teams that can move the ball will win out at the end of the day (not necessarily this year but over time). Teams that score a lot of points but don’t have the yardage behind it tend to be more up and down. There have been mistakes to be sure but it hasn’t consistently been the same mistake.
I was totally wrong about my feeling us winning this game, I am wrong often ;)

2 and goal before the delay of game
Ponder called a TO. WTF
That was on Jimbo he didnt give CP the pall until there was 14 seconds left on the play clock.

Inside the 10 with the defense collapsed is....
by far the most difficult area to execute your offense especially against a top caliber defense. Our lack of a true power running game makes us one dimensional, which makes it even more difficult. If we could choose, we would choose not to end up in that situation this much but we take what the defense gives us. You take your shots, sometimes it happens for you and sometimes not.

He did signal
immediately after the penalty was called, but they never granted the T/O. I was watching CP. He walked right up to the ref signaling T/O…
watch jimbo
hes says twice, “he called timout”
No excuse, though
It became clear that the clock was running, they should have just called it then instead of taking the flag.
I don't know, but ...
There is no way their timeout could have already been over. Should have been obvious that it was never accepted.
He can't speak without a ton of saliva.
It’s disgusting.

Who would you rather see on ESPN? Lou or BB? Whose 'pep' talks would you rather listen to on the show?

Did anybody already mention Mincy?
He’s burning his redshirt year to be a part of this debacle.

My thoughts exactly.
Who would be a better coach. BB or Michael Scott.
