I actually feel sorry for him. I know he dug his own grave by not recruiting better, but if we’d let him go 2 years ago when he wanted to, things sure might have been a lot different.

Got cutoff at the end of halftime, this is about all I've got to say... I'm going to go try and puke.
this program needs LIFE! Excitement, energy, youth, passion, want-to… we have NONE of that and we are at the point in recruiting where we arent even getting talent anymore. We won 6+ games the last 5 years on strictly talent with no coaching and leadership. Now we’ve been this bad long enough that the kids we’re after didnt grow up watching dominant FSU football, and theres not much other motivation to come here. Tallahassee = where primadonna talent has come to die this decade, and were about done lucking up into top 10 classes on past reputation alone.

Stopping the run
Run defense has gone to hell. Wasn’t this something we had been doing right in the ifrst four games?

he had good protection the first 5 plays of the game in the pouring rain, the 5 we should have ran the ball, pushed them back, and established.

It's time for...
-run the 2 minute offense for the rest of the year (aka 1992-1993)
-teach the defense how to strip the ball
-pay the price now…leave the ACC and find a way to get into the SEC (more revenue for top notch coachin and bring the players back)

Watching BCs defense
I had forgotten what it looks like when there is not a guy running wide open. Less than a second after our guy touches the ball, there is a guy making a tackle.

Not true.
Many of these mistakes show a lack of discipline, and that most certainly is a function of coaching.
I wish the camera wouldnt have panned away so quickly after Ponder got ankle tackled
would have like to see if he was limping.
At this point I'm just hoping for a blowout to effectuate some change.
Call me a bad fan, but that’s the only way to fix this mess up.

So when are you allowed to bump the defender? Just within 5 yards of the LOS? What happened to the, “If the ball isn’t in the air then pushing off isn’t called” (or something to that effect)?

I've BEEN a huge jimbo fan...
but 5 straight passes to start irked me… let the O-line start pushing! The pass pro was great but let them get physical and PUSH, we read here about the undersized BC line. We usually make a mistake before we make 60 yards worth of outs/stops, how about a slant or drag and use our speed around the edges? Throw deep on 3rd and long into double coverage and let it get picked, but try it ONCE. I knew the D was outdated, I’m becoming perplexed by the O today though.

This team just doens't care anymore.
From the beginning of this game we’ve played with no heart. This has everything to do with our players realizing we have coaches working against each other.
