We would have seen more Ponder running the ball if he was healthy.
That would’ve potentially kept another Clempson defender near the line and away from our receivers.

I agree with the coaching comments, I do… BUT I have to believe he is at least being taught how to tackle. He may not ever be in the right position, or know his responsibilities, but when the damn guy is running at you, thats when you take the fundamental lessons and make a friggin tackle.

Defense scored a TD, and gave our offense some chances. 5 TO’s is completely unacceptable.

not joking either. I love the guy and think he is awesome. That said, he needs to be the bad guy to CP and say, “I know you are hurting, im sitting you.” Thats my opinion anyway. That in no way excuses the defense for allowing as many points as they have. Im not counting that last TD which was less than 20 yards, but it would be many more if they could kick the damn ball

Spiller is a guy who refused to “allow” us to recruit other backs in his class then went to Clemson on Signing Day.
Spiller is a guy who acts like he is hurt after every play until he can score a TD.

The recruiting class we end up with… All 3 and 2 stars… Might keep the 3, 4 stars we got right now. Our class will end up similar to like a typical south Carolina class… Just average recruits. We lost some big fish we could have gotten

3 stars is how you find diamonds in the rough, im pretty sure taiwan was a 3*.
as long as we can pull in the recruits at the positions needed, alls not lost.

There is a reason bama, uf, texas, lsu, and USC are constantly on top.
It’s there recruiting classes are full of 5 and 4 stars, true that some pan out and others are overrated. But as a whole.., the stars matter. Only fsu and uga constantly recruit well and underachieve.
