Around SBN: The Pros and Cons of an 18-game NFL Schedule

All I can think after reading this is WTF and scratch my head.

The more he talks the more embarassing he is. Erin Andrews interviewed him before the game asking about Ponders status. BB says “I think he is ready”. It is game time and he does not know for sure? BB, you are the HC you damn sure should know whether he is ready to play or not.

Both interviews just show how removed he is from coaching and the game. Why keep him around collecting a pay check? Fire his butt for someone who does not feel entitled to making millions.

This is ridiculous.

Our program can;t handle this dead weight and it is showing on the field. Bobby, please retire before your legacy suffers any more. I truely believe BB is not the same man he was 10 years ago.

OH YEAAHH!

I honestly can't believe that post game

I really can’t even find the words…

Favorite Part

Was the guy who came and took the microphone and left, with his cameraman in tow….

Disrespectful? Maybe….but the big story wasn’t what Bobby was saying (it never is), it’s how clueless Bobby was. Corey picked up on that pretty well in his piece too.

I’d really like to see Bobby go out on top. He’s done so much for FSU football, and the players that have played for FSU. But it’s just not hapening. Bobby can just cling on for the ride anymore. Get off the train Bobby. It’s time.

Corey Clark's Comments

about CP7 really hit home for me. How must CP7 be feeling this morning, knowing that he’s given everything he has (up to the point that surgery may be needed to get him fixed) only to see that his “head coach” is off the reservation at this point. Poor Christian. I hope he gets healed and gets a chance to get back here next year under some new leadership.

Heck...

I don’t even think this is his worst one.

Maybe he’s been reading TN, because I did notice the following standard items from his presser missing:
1. Jokes
2. Laughter

Either way it’s unacceptable.

There is, I think, a positive in this...

Do you all notice how many LESS moron’s are popping in on this site and calling all of us horrible people for wanting the Bowden Era to end? The truth is becoming more and more apparent to more people. There will always be an element that you cannot reach, as with anything in life. However, the more people that become rational, the less Bowden’s 80 year-old senile rambling matters.

You obviously are not on here enough

There were a few new individuals who signed up last week to express those opinions. It was mind numbing.

I think you're right...

I don’t spend a ton of time here, would like to spend more, but just don’t have the time. From the time that I do spend, I thought there was a reduction in the number of mouth-breating talking heads, but I was wrong! I’m glad that I did not see it. I come here to get educated, not to educate!

More idiots in Chiefs:

“YOU BOBBY HATER!!!”
“This is normal Bobby”
“This is how he does things”

For the last two I asked them how long they have been following FSU the number was sub-5 for both of them.

Here’s the best part:

Other person: “He’s the only reason we have a recruiting base, they want to play under Bobby”
Me: “So, it has nothing to do with Jimbo and Coach Coley?”
OP: “Who’s Coach Coley?”

Chiefs

Another Chief here, there’s about 3 or 4 people I can talk to about football in Chiefs, the rest leave me shaking my head.
I hadn’t thought about what Clark said about Ponder. That’s the most frustrating of all of this.

After seeing that interview

I’m sure every 5-start recruit is just dying for an offer from FSU. Please tell this is a really bad nightmare and I am only sleeping.

Is this a joke or is this for real

I cant think he said this stuff. He sounds like he was in lala land and didnt even know we were playing. How on earth can he talk when he didnt even know what was going on. Was he watching the N Bama game his son was coaching or something. Someone has to have a sit down with him and tell him to have JF and MA to the press stuff because hes shooting himself and FSU in the foot. Each day I wait for the word this is BB last year and then at the end of the day I feel its the worst day in FSU history because BB keeps doing this crap.
