It has been discussed many times before, but I think there are many changes in store that will benefit the program. Andy Staples wrote a pretty scathing report on the cowardice of TK and Spetman.

Does anyone else wonder how long Spetman is going to be around? With so many factors that Bud and others have discussed that are crucial to "process vs results" I worry that Jimbo will have trouble accomplishing what so many of us believe he is capable of. Staples straight called Spetman out as having no power. He referenced what we were talking about in terms of the absurdity of having Ponder and Watson being the face of the university.
These are grown ass men who didnt have the temerity to be held accountable for their decisions. I have faced more criticism on my facebook page for standing up and saying, "yes, I agree that it was time to go."
This is probably more me venting, as well as linking a solidly written article. The point is though, I want Jimbo to succeed, and I have learned on this site that there is a lot more to winning than just being FSU. The organization needs competence and synergy at all levels. TK (thankfully he is stepping down, but lets get this together already and get someone who will help the UNIVERSITY) and Spetman (Seriously...a puppet) both need to go.
