Tomahawk Nation's Florida State Seminoles Recruiting Map
It's a map. It shows where our members live (by username and zip code, not real name and street address), and where the prospects FSU is recruiting play. Come September, you can check out these future Seminoles under the Friday Night Lights! Let us know how they looked! Even if you can't make it out to see them live, watch for them on your local news or read about them in your local newspaper. Let us (and other members of the Tomahawk Nation) know how these kids did! Maybe even watch a local high school game with other Seminoles fans and Tomahawk Nation members!

Key:
- BLUE Marker= Member of Tomahawk Nation
- GREEN Marker= Recruit with Florida State Scholarship Offer
- RED Marker= Recruit Committed to Florida State
- MAGENTA Marker= 2011 Recruit
As to not waste our member's time, only recruits who are seriously considering FSU have been included.
Did we miss a recruit? Did you give us your zip code yet? Let us know!
Have fun obsessively stalking observing these recruits this Fall!

33311 Fort Lauderdale St.Thomas Aquinas dad I go to most St.Thomas games and am a huge fan of the 2009 Consensus National Champs!
A word to our "scouts"
If you’re able to observe any of these kids, keep in mind the level of talent they’re playing against. I played ball for a school that made everyone look like Michael Vick…oh wait, I did play against him. Right. But still, keep in mind the quality of opponent.
You don't think David Perry from University school in Fort Lauderdale/Davie is a serious prospect?
Just wants to beat the Gators
How do we not have any TN readers in the S. Fla area?!?
That’s our recruiting hotbed! Un, maybe you could post your website on Sun Sentinel blogs? I found this site through your posts on Andrew Carter’s blog.
I think there was a lack of response to the initial request for zip codes.
I’ll try to put it in a relevant post from AC. Don’t wanna spam his site with unrelated material.
I'm here in Fort Lauderdale right now.
But I’m in Tallahassee starting August. I’m pretty sure I saw David Perry at a Wendy’s a couple of weeks ago. He’s a tall kid, but he’s thin right now.

True, but I don't think it will be long.
Anybody know exactly what his off the field issues are. I’ve heard rumors but don’t like spreading crap.
Yeah I knew it wasn't that
Lincoln gets there guys qualified (see Rouse,Fred) so I can’t imagine the academics are too out of line.
Buck allen
I go to Lincoln, Buck’s an amazing player, exciting to watch. Off the field, he hasnt been in too much trouble that I’ve heard about, at least nothing too serious. Shame that he broke his leg this year, Lincoln probably would have made a return trip to the state title game. Would love to see him in garnet and gold!

I split time between Gainesville and the Ft. Lauderdale area. Yes, I’m a Gator student that’s an FSU fan.

Well...
I knew I’d always be a Nole when I was watching the game last season in Gainesville with friends and still rooting for the Noles.
A brave soul my friend...
I have a friend who graduated from G’ville and roots for the Noles and Canes. Weird, to say the least.
That's in Hollywood Hills. But I will try to stay on top of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

I'm in 33304....
….but I’ll be up in Chicago for a good chunk of the Fall. Not sure if I wanna be the creepy Florida guy lurking alone at high school football games…..hmmmmm……………..
The nice thing is how we keep getting older and older, but the High School cheerleaders stay the same age.
(Talk about creepy huh?)
>-----:----:------>Spear 'em then Scalp 'em
Creepy, yes.
But between this and your graphic description of the FSU campus dating life of the 1970’s, I’m starting to like this FrankD character more and more. Giggity.
Hey Quagmire, it was the late 70's early 80's, don't make me any older than I already am please.
>-----:----:------>Spear 'em then Scalp 'em
K-man, you seriously crack me up everytime I log on.
FrankD, is it true than women age like fine wine? (In case there’s any confusion, please do not answer this question.)
TRMNole = 34748
The mental picture I had of this character
was more Herbert than Quagmire. Insert S with a high-pitched whistle here:
“the niSe thing iS how we keep getting older and older but the high School cheerleaderS Stay the Same age.”
The screen name is use when chatting and soliciting the teenagers online is FrankDPerv.

Work right down the street from Leto. See they have a prospect this year.

I think this kid is worth a look or two. ;)
I like Jones too, but Luc is really special.
I can’t wait to see him play. It should be pretty fun.
St. Augustine
32092, St. Augustine might have a prospect or two but none on FSU’s level. I will check their schedule and see who is on it.

Do I look like a cat to you, boy? Am I jumpin' around all nimbly-bimbly from tree to tree? Am I drinking milk from a saucer? DO YOU SEE ME EATING MICE? You stop laughing right meow!
I'd add mine but ...
I don’t have a zip code – I have a Postal Code (I’m in Toronto) and I don’t think we’re after anyone in my parts (or ever have been for that matter) – am including Naughton McKay-Loshcher (sp). I honestly haven’t been to a HS game in years – last time was during the Kerry Carter days (Stanford and bounced around the NFL for a few years – not sure he’s still in the league – including for the Seahawks).
Way to represent Toronto, shame theres not enough of us to make the map, haha.

Just a suggestion
could you add this page (or at least the map) to the left hand column somewhere – I guess under the special pages section? That way when this topic scrolls off the front page it will still be able to be accessed easily.

I can hear the stadium on gameday sometimes
Cuz I want it aaaall, or nooothing at all. There's nowhere left to fall when you reach the bottom it's now or never...
THAT’S an O-Town joke.
MattD you were almost there
you missed the source of those lyrics by about 4000 miles haha
how about an Ok joke instead… thinking
sorry, I could only come up with really good ones

I take it back
there is nothing confusing about two boy bands each having tracks with identical titles
by NorthernHaze on Jun 16, 2009 11:40 AM EDT up reply actions
Well now I've spent ten minutes of my life on this
and a few lyrics websites have the same lyrics for each band, not just the same track title

what’s the name of the FSU recruit in the raleigh NC area??
i’ll find out what i can about him
I saw that joshua barbour kid from south johnston play last fall he’s solid.
there was another kid named daniel atkins that they had playing DT and LB that was sick.
i have looked for him on the recruiting sites but no luck
the barbour kid isn’t rated yet but i’d guess a very strong 3 or weak 4 rumor is he is going to UNC
Orlando
FSUn I plan to be actively involved around Central Florida. I know you wanted input on Kenny Shaw at Dr P let me know about others I can keep an eye on. My boy an I are diving over here head first in HS Ball. (32789)
Wow, I live in the woods
Pikes Peak National Forest, to be precise, according to the map.
Eh, close enough. More like 39° 0.5"N, 104°48"W

Ohio Recruiting Question
Outside of the kid from Avon Lake, are there any other big name recruits from Ohio that FSU is considering? I’ll be honest i really don’t pay much attention to HS football around here only because i’m not from Ohio originally and where i went to high school ( up in Boston), high school football wasn’t a big deal. But i would be interested in checking some out if there are any.
I know there are some elite programs that are perennialy in the top tier of high school football rankings, ex. St Ignatius (Cleveland), Elder (Cincinnati), St. Xavier ( Cincinnati) but i couldn’t tell you any names.

I think there is a guy from Byerns SC that we are looking at. I will try to go to a few of the games. I think its around here somewhere.

This is exciting. I’m in Houma, LA, and New Orleans is only 45 minutes away so I’ll keep a close eye on both of these big DT. They play each other this coming season which should be a very good game.
starting to feel left out
granted I don’t have a ‘zip code’ and my postal code would be useless, but can you put a Toronto, Ontario, CANADA!! on the map!
Its amazing to see the readership of TN by the way!
Atlanta
30306.
I don’t spend too much time on the recruiting trail, so if anyone wants to assign games to watch recruits in this area this fall, I wouldn’t mind doing it. I have been meaning to watch a Grady High game in midtown. Looks like a lot of fun. Speaking of Grady H.S., are they any good?
32780
Will be watching Cummings games at Astronaut and some of EJ Johnsons games at Cocoa. Not sure if the Noles will offer EJ or not, even though I really like his game.
Can you add this 2011 prospect to the map?
Serderius Bryant, SS/LB from Seminole HS (Sanford FL)? Thanks

Doubt there will be any recruits here, but if there is.

We don’t produce a lot of big name recruits, However Dakota Watson did play ball just across the river in SC.
