Not too bad...
All in all this preview is not bad. The more in depth links to the offense and defense are certainly worth a read. The continuing question seems to be how well the young players with limited play time will perform (and older guys that were limited do to injury). The talent is there. The size is improving (so they say). Just have to see if the football smarts are improving as well. The only way to get a decent measure of that? Labor day.

I'd refute this point:
bq.Strength: The coverage units. Fueled by some of the best athletes in the country, Florida State perennially does a great job of getting downfield to cover punts and kicks. If it keeps getting support in a post-Gano world, the program will continue to be among the league’s best in net punting and kickoff coverage.bq.
I have no stats to back this up, but I think we sucked at kick coverage.
Good catch, K-Man.
Okay, I admit I didn’t read it, but that’s asinine. And if this guy’s looking at stats, heck, maybe we looked great in the league in KO coverage, I have no idea (and I don’t care about “perennially” either), but your anecdotal eye rarely lies to you (see also, run defense). Our KO coverage was flat-out terrible last year, with no excuse. No need to mention it (or guess at it) as a plus in a preview.
AND
if it wasn’t for a certain walk on it could have been even worse…
