I apologize if this is old news on the board, but I saw this buried in AC's Wed. practice report and couldn't find discussion of it here.

The highlight: -Freshman Lonnie Pryor, who had been working at running back throughout the preseason, is moving to fullback, Bowden said.
I find this very surprising. I wonder if they see Pryor as an Edgar Bennet-type fullback -- not necessarily a big time blocker but a duel threat?
If so, that would REALLY add a weapon to the offense and get him on the field more in two-back sets, esp. from the shotgun.
For those who don't remember, Bennet was a lethal weapon for us in the early 90's, esp. as a pass catching fullback.
VERY interesting.
