Do you like this story?
Comments
Don't be...Matt had to create one the other day
And trimmed a 500 comment thread down to 60.
It was freaking nuts. We covered about 75 different subject in roughly 30 minutes. Needless to say, we got in trouble. Lesson learned. Stay the hell on topic.

Click actions- then delete.
May have to sign in and sign out to have the new moderator permission enabled.

It works now
Is there anything other than deleting comments that I can do now?

unfortunately, yes
Allowing you to delete comments also enables some other permissions, but I would prefer you ask first.

Dont worry
I wont use any of that.

Hey, was your comment about Drayton replying to my question about Brown?
Is that how we got disconnected?
by Randall W. Spetman on Jan 13, 2010 11:46 PM EST up reply actions

UF's new RB coach..well, not "new".
It’s actually a funny story. Before he left UF the first time, he was quoted as saying his relationship with Urban was “really rocky”…now he’s back…very fishy.
Sorry…musta been trick. I thought we were discussing our chances with Brown, then someone said that Drayton had a good meeting with someone. Just putting 2 and 2 together.

UF guys on Tharinger were saying that Drayton had a face to face visit with Brown & his dad as soon as Drayton came on board and that the visit went really well. Combine that with an in-home Brown was supposed to do at Mayer's house,
and they were feeling pretty confident that Brown would not be going anywhere.
That's what I was looking for, chrisdavis...The comment on Drayton's visit to Brown.
Oh well…I guess Ty Jones may get to stay after all…

So "new" comments are new thoughts in regards to the WORT?
Is the other discussion “locked”? Or if we have thoughts relating can we still interject? I’m coming in on the back end of this.

guys, could you rec the new ongoing discussion thread if you have time?
Speak softly, and carry a big Spear
You know how if you click the comment subject line it will hide the comment subject for that comment?
Whoops, getting tired...
Was going to ask if you could do that for all comments on the page at once or if it was only each one individually?
I didn't find that out until a few weeks ago
fancy thing, this sbnation

Wait, what? You can collapse the comments somehow?
by Randall W. Spetman on Jan 14, 2010 12:00 AM EST up reply actions
it will show only the subject. then you click the subject to show the rest of the post
Not sure that it would be very useful though

Any of you guys heard a rumor that Coach Stoops is recruiting Corey Cooper?
Just got to chatting with one of the guys on one of the other boards who seems like a sharp guy, and rarely posts who seems to think he heard this somewhere. Just wondering if any of you guys heard the same thing.
by Randall W. Spetman on Jan 14, 2010 12:18 AM EST reply actions
yea, there was a story on rivals
I think he’s on our radar but I wouldn’t say to expect him in the class, yet.
Him and Delvin Jones are two guys that I am excited about but don’t want to get my hopes too high because there hasn’t been enough to suggest these guys have a good shot at playing at FSU.

Other than Demar Dorsey...
And Delvin Jones….of these new names popping up, who else is non-qual candidate?
very few because FSU is actually going and talking to the high schools
Gotta look to some of the poorer high schools without the resources to give kids the individualized attention
I clicked on this link...
and a pop-up said I had been issued a warning. Then it told me I had to agree to be a member of TN to post here. You guys getting tired of me or what?
Also,
Not sure where to put this, but I heard a rumor from a friend that Whipple was leaving.I looked it up, but I could only find one source on the internet rumor mill, and posted it as a fanshot; but it was deleted apparently. Did I do something wrong?
Heard that too
Saw it on one site and then it was mentioned on the TN Twitter. I kind of wish he would stay because I don’t want Miami to stumble across a good young OC who can recruit.

Michael Taylor
any word on the former UT commit? Do we have a shot? I was watching the UA game and was impressed by his play…reminded me of Geno Hayes…always seem to be around the ball and can hit!

I think he ended up going to UF.
And yes…I also heard the Whipple rumor, and I agree a million percent with osceola’s statement. I looooove how our O-coordinator/HC matches up with Shannon/Whipple

JC Copeland
may be getting some attention from FSU now.
Personally would love to see Deering sign with us.
I’d love to see a fellow Leto grad finally play for the Noles.
