While Saturday's game was quite ugly, it was fun to watch EJ run the option again, he's showing very strong ball handling ability between the pitch and fake pitch. Anytime you run the option there's a chance for a bad play as we saw, but for the most part EJ's timing is spot on. His throwing motion has certainly improved and he showed some positive signs in that aspect as well. I still think we will see a leap in his development when he gets a full Spring under his belt and has the motivation/confidence of knowing the Seminoles are officially "his team". He was an excellent and very clutch playmaker down the stretch and that is a quality you simply cannot take for granted in a QB.
