Florida State beat Clemson 75-69 to capture its first ACC win of the season. The game was tight throughout as neither team had a double-digit advantage on the other at any point. Florida State started out the game sloppily, with half of the 'Noles turnovers coming in the first 13 minutes. But FSU would turn it around by taking better care of the basketball. Not turning the ball over led to more shots, and the greater volume of shots combined with Florida State's always excellent defense was enough to beat a re-building Clemson club.
Florida State guard Deividas Dulkys had 17 in the win. Florida State also controlled the glass pretty well. Florida State's next game is Wednesday against Stetson.
