As a follow up to the article written about Devonta Freeman's impressive (and almost record setting) performance in the 6A state title game, here are the highlights and post game interview. Devonta reminds me of an Edgerrin James type rusher and could have a very big impact early on in his career at FSU. It again is a testament to RB coach Eddie Gran for getting on a kid who battled injury and sitting behind a BCS level RB early, trusting his evaluation, and getting him to commit to play for FSU. His roots and contacts in Dade County are excellent.
