From the Rafters of the Tucker Center
Went to the game last night, great time except for the final score. Observations***:
*** My observations reflect the game time experience of a novice basketball fan, huge Seminole fan.
A) Golden Girls - The Seminoles' finest were in true form last night. I doubt the entire state of Maryland could come up with one woman who dances with as much style, grace and skill as our dance squad. And did I mention how unbelievably hot they are?
2) Whiskey - The water of life is available in the D-Tuck. Just take the elevator to the second floor Spotlight Grill and for $5.50, the excellent bar staff will tall pour the good stuff of your choice. Also, they apparently serve food there. For all you non math majors out there, that means that you can get a call drink ($5.50) at the Spotlight cheaper than you can get a bud light ($6.50)at the concessions.
d) Sumonole was NOT in the rafters for this game. The wife scored me excellent seats (behind the Maryland bench) from a partner at her firm (many thanks to the partner in question!!!). So my buddy and I are sitting about 5 rows up from Gary Williams and the Terrapins. And two things dawned on me: A) Gary Williams has a hairpiece; 2) the same old farts that go to football games and tell you to sit down go to basketball games and tell you to sit down; d) Reminder to self: bring some brie to the next game, maybe that will get them excited; iv) even the friggin fraternity guys sitting in front of me were lame asses.
iv) Since it was a 9PM game I could not bring Sumonole Jr., so his undefeated FSU Basketball streak remains alive. I apologize for not bringing him. It was a strategic error.
Oh and it was a great game. ACC refs were clearly paid by the Vegas mob. And not that I condone injuring opponents players, I was disappointed that I didn't see more of Vasquez's blood.

Nice job Sumo. Good and enjoyable read and good tips to help the young'uns get hammered, but please remember to bring a desig driver.
However, putting Sumo Jr’s sleep and education over a Nole BBall game is totally unacceptable. I hope you learned your lesson.

I will have to live with this shame.
He did stay up for the whole superbowl and brought good karma to the Saints.
