10 Things to Pass the Time before the 2010 Football Season

PrintAs I stare into the black hole that is my life between football seasons, I thought I'd share my list of things to do before Fisher and the ‘Noles take the field this fall. I can always use more ways to pass the time if you want to share any of yours.
RenegadeNole’s “To Do” List:
A) Visit the Sod Cemetery before relinquished squares are removed.
2) Participate in March Madness bracket tournaments. Tossing aside any and all reason, choose FSU to win it all.
D) Attend the Garnet and Gold game. Make a large TN sign (visible to a legally blind woman) and tailgate with other TN members.
Green) Drink Kool-Aid. Lots of Kool-Aid. ‘Cause it tastes so good.
VII) Make a mosaic of CP7. Sell it on ebay after he wins the Heisman.
Radon) Play a series of NCAA Football ‘09 games as the 1993/1999 FSU championship team and/or play through the 2010 schedule. Use the scores to compete for future Shiny Awards.
Ω) Study potential 2011 recruits.
Coley) Discover how many Cuban coffees it takes to give you the shakes. Multiply by 411 and divide by 3.2 to find the amount required to give James Coley one, lone caffeine induced eye twitch.
Zinc) Participate in TN’s off-topic threads.
∞) There’s always baseball…

I would assume:
November 3, 2007 @ Boston College 27-17
September 4, 2006 @ Miami 13-10
December 27, 2006 vs. UCLA 44-27
What is the reasoning behind sod victories
being relinquished? Sorry for being obtuse – the grass dies or something? Or more space is needed for next season?
In this case
FSU is giving up the victories associated with the sod games I posted above. I have no idea if they will actually remove the squares.

I would pay to see that calendar.
I wish College football season lasted as long as Baseball seems to… That is the season that never ends.
I can also cut my grass on Saturdays again. Once College season starts I hire a lawn service.
I totally agree about the baseball.
When the Phillies were in the series, I was thinking, people watch this all week all the time? I could never do it. I need sleep.

is the spring Game? I would like to try to work this in during a business trip to the area.

The majority of the trip will be free anyway.
I have to go to the Albany, GA area and airfare, hotel, rental car, meals, etc., would be covered while I am visting the site I need to visit. If the game is on a Saturday then I could make my visit on a Friday and then stay for the game. I would only be on the hook for the additional day at the hotel and on the rental car, etc., so it would not cost me much anyway.

how do you play with the FSU Championship teams on NCAA Football ’09? do you enter a code somewhere?
Not sure.
I tested the game so the rules that applied to the testing models might not apply to the finished version. If you can’t, then that is sad :(
