He had a terrific second half the season last fall and finished with more than 800 yards rushing. There’s Ty Jones. He started three games early in the season and, at times, looked like FSU’s best back. There’s Chris Thompson. As a freshman, he averaged 5.2 yards per carry and shined in limited opportunity. There’s Lonnie Pryor. Who, like Thompson, had some great moments as a freshman. There’s Tavares Pressley. Injuries and other issues have limited his chances early on, but FSU coach Jimbo Fisher has always loved his potential.
