Bylaw Blog author has decided to shut his sight down. Some small time LSU blogger, which I won't name to not send hits his way, decided to research and out the author who of course was an active member of a compliance office of a NCAA member. The Net basically just lost it's one resource to understand the NCAA rulebook.
