From AC's Chopping Block... This even made HD blog a bit on a Sunday. So the ACC has (apparently) endorsed CP7 with some "freebies" being passed out to the media during the ACC Media Days. The items are described in the link. Now the question exists, though... Has the ACC really endorsed CP7forHeisman? Will this move cast doubt on Ponder and his Heisman chances if he gets caught up in some questionable calls this season? Do we even want to be a part of an official endorsment by the conference? The school doing it is one thing. This is something else entirely. Good press exposure, yes. Good image? Who knows. Hopefully more information on this will be out soon.
