FSU Offers Offensive Line Prospect Tre Jackson (youtube highlight link)

From what I understand, FSU didn't want this out, but Georgia Tech Commitment Tre Jackson was the one to get it out and rivals tweeted it today and now it's everywhere. FSU and Miami did offer Tre Jackson of Wayne County HS in Jesup, GA. If you didn't know, Georgia Tech pulls your scholarship if you visit another school (provided they find out you've visited). Want to make this clear that despite the efforts of various other programs to say otherwise, I am pretty sure FSU is recruiting him on the offensive line, so this is not a Tim Jernigan backup plan. Jackson missed his junior season after tearing his ACL in basketball, and went largely unrecruited until the midpoint of his senior season when Tech offered him a scholarship. Several other schools showed interest, but not attending many camps hurt Jackson’s exposure. 6’4" 290. Jackson shows surprising athleticism for such a big body. He definitely is not a sloppy 290 lbs. He has long arms and plenty of room to grow. Jimbo Fisher often talks about big bodies who can "bend and play low to high." Jackson can do just that. His lower-body is very thick and he has considerable room for added mass up top. He is a three-star prospect on most of the services, and absolutely has the goods to be rated a four-star player if the services had evaluated him earlier.
