From Corey Clark’s twitter feed: "Just got off the phone with the ACC. They acknowledge that the ball moved. And it was a ‘clear mistake.’ They reprimanded the official in question. He was not suspended or fired, but his performance for that game was ‘downgraded.’ Which could, over the long term, affect his weekly assignments, bowl eligibility, etc. The ACC believes it was a ‘mechanical issue’ with the way he was holding the ball. His hands should have been on the sides- not behind." Credit to Ricobert1 for posting this in one of the threads. I thought it deserved it's own fanshot.
