Mario Pender Slides in Latest Rankings

When the latest Rivals 100 was released on Monday, many were expecting for Mario Pender to get a bump to 5-star status. They were greeted with the opposite, as he slid six spots down to 33 overall. I think I have a good understanding of both why it happened and why it doesn't matter one bit.
