The NFL labor standoff isn't going anywhere, and if it comes to a war of attrition between owners and players - well, he who has most takes longest to run dry. How does a lockout for the 2011-2012 season alter the college football landscape? How would it affect non-seniors? Could 2012 feature a football season with the most talent ever as a result of underclassmen staying in school? And more locally, how might this affect the Noles? My opinion is the lockout is coming and - if it lasts long enough (i.e., the entire season and next off-season) - more underclassmen will stay around for the 2012 season.
