If the 2011, and 2012 seasons go as well as expected. With this staff having been here in full force for 3 to 4 years to cultivate relationships wouldn’t the 2013 class be right about when they are hitting on all cylinders? Can we look forward to a really special season followed by a really special recruiting class? I know that is a lot of speculation, even more than we usual dabble in, but that is what we do here, and we do it so well. I think that you are the best of us at it, a pigskin prognosticator of the highest order, and with that in mind I believe you will be able to hit this one out of the park. (Pardon me) wrong sport. I think you can take this one to the house. So let me clarify what I am asking. You have said that we should not expect this class (2011) to be as good as last year, even if we took the top 23 or so from last year, we can’t expect this year’s players to be as good on average. I believe you called last year “a perfect storm.” If you take all the things I have stated above, do you think that 2013 would be a good possibility for another “perfect storm”?

Golden can charm a family like no other coach at a big-time program save Saban and maybe Richt. That’s not my subjective opinion. Anyone could see that if they listened to him speaking and understood his values, not to mention the fact that he’s been doing it longer than Fisher and Muschamp.

Agree completely. If we’re talking about “brands” than there’s no bigger brand in college football than Miami, regardless of who’s coaching, as opposed to a HC’s name being a brand like big bad Saban or Fisher. oooooooo Fisher he’s a legend I’m gonna bow down to his clout!

But being from NY. I didn’t really have college football. All pro stuff. I would visit relatives in Florida a few times a year my whole life. But college just wasn’t big. When I came down here and finally watched a game. And it just had so much action. So fast it seemed compared to some 17-13 NFL football games. And I loved the garnet and gold. And the fact everyone around loved Maimi, who I just didn’t like for some reason. I was sold. I was also 12 and new to college sports on a major level.

First 2 Both losses. And at like 14 or 15 years old had some big ass UM college dude rip my hat off and knock me down and throw my hat off the second level. Lovely people.. My hatred was truly cemented. Why I loved when we smacked them the third time and the whole section while walking down at the Orange Bowl was doing the Chop in Miami’s face

So I don’t recall everything that was said. I was only talking about FAMU girls drawing in recruits for FSU’s football team. I don’t think that’s nearly as big of a draw as people make it out to be. Plenty of nice tail at FSU.
