I think it is reasonable to say that this is an argument that splits a lot of people. Chantrant.com takes the stance that Jimbo Fisher should dial back the amount of designed run plays for EJ Manuel in order to protect him from injury. I take the opposing stance, based on the fact that I do not believe Manuel to be an injury prone athlete, despite his history and that his designed runs are too valuable to the overall flow of the offense to be scaled back greatly.
