I like this kid
Very raw as a route runner but dang, what a physical talent. Is he being recruited as a WR?
About time we offered him
We were all created to be Seminoles. This is why we bleed garnet and piss gold.

i believe an official measurement over a recruiting site
"I guess they have a reputation of being more of a tricky team and not being tough. You hit ‘em in the mouth, and they don’t like it. Other teams that have beat them just hit them in the mouth, so that’s what we started out with.’’ - Nick Moody
Soooo....recruiting a WR that is bigger then the 2009 starting LDE??
Solid…

I live pretty close.
If you torture a statistic enough you can make it confess to anything.
Michael is very high on him and has been saying FSU should offer forever. Kid is worth going to see.

My alma matter
This kid is a stud. I watched him play last year. Good speed for his size and really good body control in the air
Odds
Sounds like a good prospect…. anyone hear how good of a position we are in getting him in the Garnet and Gold?
Croom will camp at FSU on June 19th
I would say FSU is one of his top 5 schools. He is very high on Mississippi State and will visit them this weekend.

WR in Mullens O?
Seems like a stretch to see a reciever with his upside wanting to sign with that type of system. Thanks for the info Michael.
Wow that kid looked like a linebacker lined up at receiver
I’m impressed with this kid, I had not seen any film of his up until now. But I am glad that FSU has offered him, he looks like he could be a physical force out there. His routes could definitely use some work, but a guy that big running a double move at the 1:17 mark and then blowing by the db(even though it is high school) is pretty impressive.
Two questions though Michael
1.Have you seen any film of how his blocking looks and how physical he is on running plays?
2.Any idea how we stand with him?
Other than that thanks for the post man!

I would enjoy seeing this kid knockdown 5'9, 175 lbs. CBs all day
What are you glorifying with your life?

G5
Could practice his signature “knockout blow” move on him in practice.:)

Fortson? Calvin J?
I’m hoping more of an Anquan Boldin type out of his frame if he’s legit 6-3 227 with some burners. Route running and high pointing work and he will be a stud somewhere.

My coworker's son plays WR at Norcross
albeit, he plays JV I believe (but does dress with Varsity, policy of the coach to make the team look bigger). I’ll ask him for any inside scoop. But his son is not very good and I doubt they are friends, but since they play the same position, maybe he can find out something in practice.
he's definitely giving us some serious thought
I’ll keep posted with my co-worker; spoke with him briefly, said Crooms was excited about the offer and will visit
