"I can't see Florida State making a move," [Bobby Bowden] told the Dothan Eagle. In a television interview at Saturday's event, he later added: "I would be shocked and surprised. I don't think there is anything to it." "Florida State easily deserves to be in the SEC," he said. "I am sure if it happens, they will make it good. They will make it successful. But I like it the way it is."
