Dont know if this is for litigation purposes and it still is really on track or if this is delaying it for another year. Ultimately the Big 12 will crumble IMHO. This would definately allow ND to stay independant and probably freezes ACC at 14. Guess SEC will nab 1 more and then this will be done til next year?
