No matter the dominance of FSU's defensive line it seems FSU's opponents are rarely called for holding. A possible solution would be to create a uniform e-mail (that everyone could send) explaining the situation to the ACC. The e-mail it could include numerous screen shots of all the times FSU players are held, where it is referees miss the call. It will be much harder for the ACC to ignore the situation if there is a massive response. Someone with experience in dealing with referees/officiating would be a good choice to write the e-mail.
