CNNSI Risers & Sliders From Senior Bowl
This guy says a lot of what FSU fans having been saying about Bradham and Sanders.
Nigel Bradham/OLB/Florida State: Bradham was fast and athletic all game long, running down opponents from all directions of the field. He was terrific in pursuit and Bradham made several outstanding plays in open space. Bradham showed skill in pass defense and was on top of his game covering tight ends and running backs.
Zebrie Sanders/T/Florida State: Sanders' tough week of practice continued through the game. He was constantly off balance, rarely moved opponents off the ball run blocking and was pushed back into the pocket on several occasions. Sanders also displayed poor footwork in pass protection and little ability to slide out and protect the edge.

I missed the game
It’s good to hear Bradham did well in coverage, an area he struggled in at times in college (even when he had decent coverage, a flag wasn’t too far behind). I know he said he was motivated to show off his coverage skills and looks like he got the job done.
I watched a couple of the practices and was surprised by how bad Zebrie Sanders looked. Sanders and McCants (UAB) were constantly dominated. Sanders couldn’t anchor at all. I assumed Zebrie would show up for the game, but I guess he didn’t. The practice performances + the game = draft stock falling. Disappointing to hear. Hopefully he works with a good training company so he can get stronger and ready for the combine/pro day.
Had a feeling this would be the case.
Glad to see Nigel did good. I saw a lot of people who were very impressed with him and think his ceiling is non existent I can’t wait to see him in the league. Zebrie on the other hand has some work to do.
i never really thought tha zebrie was all that good
I was surprised by some mock drafts having him go in the first round

Was saying this all season long
Anyone who watched our games this season knows this and is not surprised that he did not perform well at the Senior Bowl. All he is from an NFL prespective is a guy with great frame to play RT who can move well but as far as actually putting all that together that remains to be seen. He was far from the rock he should have been on the oline this season and in fact was beaten in key games and worse lacked discpline all year long with penalties.
My brother-in-law is an NFL scout for an AFC team.
His quote; “Zebrie is playing himself from 2nd down to 4th-5th round. It’s not talent, it’s motivation. Zebrie plays when Zebrie wants to play”

i said he would be a good value as a 3rd round RT
if teams overlook this week’s effort, i think my estimate may be about right, maybe a tad bit high. thought 1st round was absurd, even considering that he is built like a prototypical LT, because the production just hasnt been there to justify such a high pick. good player, but not elite.
"I guess they have a reputation of being more of a tricky team and not being tough. You hit ‘em in the mouth, and they don’t like it. Other teams that have beat them just hit them in the mouth, so that’s what we started out with.’’ - Nick Moody
It's interesting. My mother also works with the wife of a scout of an NFL team
But an NFC with a QB needing protection. And earlier in the season I talked to him and was asking him about what players they were watching, and asked about him. And they said they were aware and wanted to see him this season. He was pretty unimpressed overall last I spoke to him and I asked him if he thought FSU had any first rounders and he told me this year looks like he wouldn’t take any in first couple and would see what was up later if it was by his evaluations. But also laughed and said that it looks like the 2013 draft might as well just call random Seminole names for the first few rounds. Jenkins, Rhodes were touched upon specifically but he and them are also well aware of Joyner, and Werner who for some reason, not sure if he is that high on for some reason, not sure. and said a player they will really be watching is Christian Jones. He thinks he goes pro although he says he has no idea. The guy I talk to feels he could be good and really wants to see him and the defense this year. He said he could see over half the starting D getting drafted by the time its done and goes " 3,4,5 (starting laughing) possible to go in first couple rounds", the noles are a team they and looks like most NFL teams are going to be watching on the defensive side of the ball. Like I said. We have an NFL D for 2012/ Also the guy is like an encyclopedia. He knows Nole players and he follows them just for the fact that his wife went there, so he follows them regardless of job. But the guy knows the roster of like every single college of what players they have and when they graduate and he is always mentally ranking players. guy is just football IQ level somewhere else. Really really cool to talk to someone like that. And a ton of free team stuff. even if not my team. Its wearable lol

I agreed on Zebrie
He never really impressed on the field. His measureables are good, but he lacks heart.
Nigel, on the other hand, has a lot of heart and the measureables. If that guy can stay disciplined and get some solid coaching, he will be dangerous.

That's what he said in a nutshell about Bradham- "He is a sponge right now"
…he follows the south quite a bit…based in NC right now….but house hunting in Central FL. He has the FUNNIEST stories about the one-on-one interviews at the NFL combine you will ever hear…just about pee myself at how they process the players. My favorite quote from him is " Listen…when these guys inexplicably drop in the draft or dont get picked…believe me, there really is a reason."

If a good coach gets a hold of Bradham, watch out
This guy can run down WRs from behind and hits like a truck.
I hear what you are saying about the interviews at the combine. That must be very entertaining.

Does anyone have the link to Bradham running down Chris Rainey from behind?
That was crazy impressive.

Thanks for posting
Couldnt find any individual analysis and was curious how Nigel performed. Glad he did well, I’ve always been a fan of Bradham. Zebrie on the other hand, never thought he gave it his all.

This is confusing
I know nothing about line play so was at least considering that Zebrie had first round stuff. But he got beat so often, or so it seems. The confusing part is that Trickett seemed to like him. If it’s an effort thing, don’t get it.
Dogs bark in the night but the caravan moves on.
I don't know any scouts, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night...so here goes:
Nigel = Bad A$$.
Zebrie = Not so much…
Best of luck to all the Noles trying to make it to the League.

Zebrie could use an ounce of Spurlock's agression, that's for sure

interesting stuff on Zebrie
i watched most of the game. and when he was in there i never saw his guy get any pressure on the qb. now it’s true he wasn’t blowing guys off the ball in the running game, but he looked to be moving well and sealing his guys off which is what we asked him to do here for 4 years. but then, i’m no NFL scout so what do i know…
Zebrie has been praised by this site
and I never saw it. False starts, slow out of his stance and can not anchor very well. Gets beat by bad competition.
