Slow news day so I thought I would post this article I found from the Tampa Bay Times (formerly St. Pete Times).

Maybe someone with more recruiting expertise can opine as to why some of these guys are overlooked. Seems like the major factor cited in the article is size (or lack thereof).

But, then again, Pasco's QB is 6'5".... so maybe for him it's competition. He led his team to the 5A state semifinals.
