Beating the blitz: "Quarterbacking Made Simple"
In the Tallahassee Democrat, Ira Schoffel discussed how NCSt hurt FSU with blitzing. A lot. In the article he mentions how Fisher trains his offense to make sight adjustments to counter the blitz and create openings in the passing game. And Manuel talked about needing to do a better job with those adjustments. The linked article outlines a different approach. I'm not suggesting FSU ditch its offense and go with Harbaugh's system. Just thought this might be an interesting read for the community.
