First of all I'm not calling for Jimbo Fischer to be fired think he deserves one-two more seasons and even if he didnt money wise he'll get it.

Scenario 1: On the other hand I would feel much more comfortable with Mark Stoops as Head Coach. I think that I would rather loose JC than MS. And if the only option keep Jimbo on as offensive Coordinator. Maybe he'd do a better job without so many responsibilities and think Mark Stoops could handle it especially if a few more of the defensive responsibility were handed off to the assistants. No scheme change, no staff change (technically), no start over, no building period just efficiency.

Scenario 2: How bout no head coach or 2 head coaches, Defensive HC and Offensive HC, split the money split the responsibilities both get HC experience and Jimbo can focus more on the offense. Both can split the task of play calling and execution which Mark Stoops seems pretty damn competent at already. again no scheme change, no staff change (technically), no start over, no building period just efficiency.
