Champs. Of something.

With its win over the Maryland Terrapins Saturday, Florida State clinched the ACC's Atlantic Division Title. At 7-1, the Seminoles were technically tied with the Clemson Tigers, but a 49-37 September win gave the tiebreaker to FSU.

7-1 Florida State's best conference record since the league expanded to championship format in 2005.

Florida State previously won the division in 2005 and 2010, winning the title in 2005 over Virginia Tech, upsetting the Hokies, and losing to the Hokies in 2010. It's pretty amazing that before this season, Florida State had won the division crown only twice in the seven years since the inception of divisions.

The opponent in the ACC title game from the Coastal division is still to be determined. Miami, Duke, Georgia Tech and even Virginia Tech, are alive.

Florida State likely will not know its opponent for the ACC title game until the conclusion of next week's games.
