That last quote definitely sounded like sour grapes.

It kind of did, but then again, don’t you think there’s some truth to it? Don’t you want your players to want work their butts off for a starting spot?
Also
While in this circumstance and context it most definitely sounds like sour grapes, Fisher has said this type of thing before. He said it about Devonta Freeman (in a positive way, obviously). So it isn’t inconsistent with how he normally feels. He’s also said it about our DB’s.
