Tony Stevens Commits To Florida State Seminoles

Tony Stevens, a top receiver recruit out of Orlando (Fla.) Evans High School, has committed to the Florida State Seminoles per Noles247. Stevens is easily one of the ten best receivers in the country and Florida State was the first school to offer him after his film was released in early February. Stevens is universally considered a four-star recruit and easily has five-star potential.

At 6'3" and 185 pounds, Stevens is a stud. There's no other way to put it. In February alone, he's gained offers from Florida, Ohio State and South Carolina. Stevens combines good speed with body control, athleticism, agility, etc. He had grade issues as a sophomore which led to him being a relative unknown, even among the most die-hard of Florida high school fanatics. Committing early could help Stevens to focus on his grades, assuming he elects not to take additional visits.

Stevens is Florida State's eighth commitment of the 2013 cycle.
