If Al Davis was alive
The Raiders woulda taken him in the first round…too bad he’s dead and the Raiders traded away their like…1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th rounds picks for the next 93 years, for Carson Palmer. Well done Oakland….well done.

Maybe as a blocking TE, or to test as an OL?
If life gives you lemons, go ahead and punch a Gator fan.
As in...Every TE is "light years" ahead of Beau Reliford?

We aren't exactly known for being a Tight End focused offense.
Maybe he is seen as being limited by a system?

with those 2 at TE
we were never left much choice.
Tomahawk Nation- Great FSU football and English lessons!
Looking forward to the combine numbers Nigel puts up

One of these things just doesn’t belong here

Big, athletic body. Worth a look.
6’6" 260, runs a 4.8 40. These things are relevant to the NFL combine. A lot of pro scouts are willing to take a risk late (or as undrafted FAs) on guys with potential.
You never know---look what the 49ers did with UCF's Miller
.. a stud DE in college now a stud fullback in the NFL

Anyone know how its decided which players get an invite?
By the looks of this list I would guess blind darts…
I'm surprised Jermaine Thomas didn't get an invite
He was decent throughout his years here, and he looked pretty fast at the Battle of Florida game.
he's not fast

And I mean that in the context that he weighs less than 2 bills and runs in the mid 4.5 range
If he were 215lbs it would be a different story. Just lacks any type of second gear.

JG
Jimmy Graham just caught 99 passes. Let’s find everyone that has the same measurables as Jimmy Graham.
Exactly. Big athletic body creates mismatches

Before long, every TE will be a former basketball player.
I hate the copycat tendencies in the NFL. And I knew that Graham was gonna be a beast.
A bit off topic, but this is why I like that our staff does it’s on eveluations. Had you rather have an athlete or a football player?

His real name is Xiangdre?
A hatch opened up and the aliens said, "We're sorry to learn that you soon will be dead, but though you may find this slightly macabre, we prefer your extinction to the loss of our job."
Beau makes a lot of sense now, doesnt it?
"I guess they have a reputation of being more of a tricky team and not being tough. You hit ‘em in the mouth, and they don’t like it. Other teams that have beat them just hit them in the mouth, so that’s what we started out with.’’ - Nick Moody

Bet he's drafted
I’ll bet someone takes a shot with him in the final rounds. How many 6’7 guys that can move alright are in this draft?
FSU, home of the Bandit! Enough said!
Belichik will take him
and he’ll be a hall of famer in 10 years.
If we can't laugh at ourselves, Packer fans will call us crybabies and we will be forced to kick their tooth in. I really don't want to go to jail (again).

More likely good old Beau will be
a hell of a farmer than a hall of famer
