Many FSU fans are concerned that super recruit Jameis Winston will choose to play professional baseball instead of sticking with his commitment to Florida State, where the five-star recruit is slated to play quarterback and outfield the for Seminoles. Those fears may be overblown, however, according to ESPN major league baseball analyst Keith Law. From today's chat:
What are your thoughts on Jameis Winston as a draft prospect? Does he ultimately wind up playing football at Florida State or will he be drafted in the first two rounds?
I think he goes to FSU. Has played horribly this spring, doesn't seem to have serious interest in signing.

The 6'4", 190 pound Winston was rated the top dual-threat quarterback in the country. FSU secured his commitment even though he is from Hueytown (AL), just a hour from Tuscaloosa.
