We know how sorry those defensive backs are, but the receivers look even worse. Miami will take a step forward on defense this year, I think, but the step back taken by the offense after losing its top three receivers, quarterback, NFL running back and best offensive lineman..., well, that step backward is going to be so much bigger than the positive step taken by the defense. This film isn't defensive players balling out. It's offensive players showing their considerable lack of talent. FSU has a real shot to shut out the 'Canes in Miami for the first time in almost a half-century. And Miami is too poor to paint the end zones. Crazy.
