Should We Expect alot of Jumbo Package Sets Against Teams with Small, Thin and/or Inferior Talented Defenses (like UVA, NC State, both UMs, USF, WF, BC)?

The Jumbo personnel would consist of some combination of:

QB Manuel, RB Wilder, FB/RB Pryor, TE/H-B O'Leary, TE Hicks

Or you could have them all in the game if you run a single WR formation, as crazy as that sounds with the ridiculous amount of talent we have at that position. Speaking of receiver who are the two best blocking receivers we have? I know guys like KB, Haulstead, Smith, and Green have the size but that is only half the battle.

The pros of running a Jumbo set against the above mentioned teams are many. 1st and most obvious, it allows our offense to run the bruisers against undersized and thin opposing front sevens, matching our team strength against their weakness. 2nd it should cut down on the number of times EJ will be asked to read the entire field out of pocket passing situation. This in turn should cut down on EJ throwing picks and taking sacks. A continuation of the 2nd point would be the abundance of beefy blockers on the field should set EJ up for more option and read plays, allowing him to do what he does best and is most comfortable with. The cumulative effect of pounding on thin and small opposing defenses will set up the big plays in the 2nd half, allowing guys like Thompson, Freeman, and Pender to break off big runs. Again the only downside of this approach would be not taking full advantage of the ridiculous amount of talent we have at WR. It would be a little ironic if we employed this strategy as many of the teams we would be doing it against used the same tactic against us during the 2nd half of the lost decade.

Thoughts?
