This is obviously a personal opinion based on observation. But I find Jimbo's demeanor and attitude toward the team to an interesting departure from the norm. I think it's a positive thing. Making a conscious effort to instill toughness and put more physical pressure on them during practices. He has also been more (although still not very) open to admitting that he expects this year's team to be good than he has before.
