The estimate for the ACC payout came in almost $2M less of the actual payout, which is about $16M as opposed to the estimated $14M. $1.5M was borrowed from the reserves for the repainting of DCS. I continue to believe that the budget deficit stuff was to raise awareness of FSU's money issues in the booster base. The money issues definitely exist, and the resource disparity between FSU and its neighbors is growing. But the budget has been balanced for this year.
