He's practicing. Nothing official from Florida State, but there is almost no reason for a player to be practicing if he is academically ineligible. I wrote this morning that I was extremely confident Jernigan was in. I stand by that. Would Florida State have kept Telvin Smith and Timmy Jernigan qualified academically without the specialized support? I can't say for sure. It certainly didn't hurt.
