Let's face it, these first two games are lousy matchups. And while I enjoy seeing a whipping put down by our guys, I sometimes have a very hard time figuring out what to take from games like this.

Obviously, it's a little easier on the negative side, because anything negative can be a cause for concern when you have opponents so overmatched. If we are unable to establish a dominant running game that will worry me, as will pressure on EJ.

But knowing what to look for as a positive takeaway can be hard. Just because someone or something looks good against Murray State really doesn't mean much.

So you guys that really, REALLY know the game in a way I don't, what are you looking for specifically? What will you be trying to take away from these first two games that will inform you about the prospects of this team going forward?
