The Renegade Report – Running Game And Dominant Defense Key To Victory

It’s easy to dismiss the Seminoles 69-3 victory over Murray State as FSU simply doing what they’re supposed to do. However, when you think back to last season’s offensive line issues, 104th ranked rushing attacked, 41 sacks allowed; simply doing what they’re supposed to do was an improvement. In this episode of the Renegade Report, Herc & Nolebra Kai recap the victory over Murray State. EJ Manuel had a solid day statistically, but mentally he was even better. The rushing attack was lead by James Wilder Jr. who ran for over 100 yards and scored 2 TD’s. Defensively, Bjoern Werner led the way with 4 sacks and 6 tackles for loss.
