Florida State football film review: USF 1st Quarter

Florida State's offense looked fine in the first quarter, and the defense tried out some unexpected wrinkles before settling in to a more conservative (and effective) gameplan in the later quarters. USF moved the ball, but FSU accomplished its goals set out in the preview.

10 tackles for loss by USF against Florida State: What happened?

Much has been made of USF's defensive line recording zero tackles for loss against Ball State and tallying 10 against the Seminoles. Let's go through all ten and see if there are any discernible patterns.

USF claimed the game was a sellout. Tampa Bay sports authority (the group that runs Raymond James Stadium) says 58,000+.
