Seems to me that postseason polls do matter. But I don't see us deserving to be ranked that high. Not to be a downer, but I would have expected Clemson, with Boyd returning and its recruiting, to be higher. KState Oklahoma? TCU? OkSU? All have a shot at Big 12 dominance, yet USA Today bags them, with none getting ranked above 13 even though lowly (hah!) Texas beat the snot out of PAC standardbearer Oregon State.
