Could the Cablevision suit of Viacom end up changing the landscape of college football?

If Cablevision wins this suit, and cable companies "unbundle," I'm guessing it would seriously disrupt the models ESPN etc... use to value college football programming. At first glance that could effect conference payouts & conference realignment - and more. Even if this suit is dismissed, it seems this change is coming at some point. I am just a layman so perhaps Lou or Jim or Frank could weigh in on this issue.
