The Florida State Seminoles took to the practice fields once again Tuesday, this time taking advantage of their second by week of the year. One major advantage of bye weeks is to get necessary rest to players who may need it, and FSU will take full advantage of that this week.
Rashad Greene, who was seen in a boot following the game against Notre Dame, was not dressed out on Tuesday. He was joined by Terrance Smith, Tyler Hunter and Roberto Aguayo. These players are likely out for the reason I just stated above.
Mario Pender, Markus Eligwe and Sean Maguire, along with Austin Barron, were also in attendance but not dressed out. We have previous knowledge of these players having injuries. Mario Pender still had an ankle brace, but he was also working on some footwork drills. This whole group, for the exception of Pender, spent time on the stationary bikes.
Offensive line coach Rick Trickett was back at practice on Tuesday and back to his normal self, getting his line in shape. It was great seeing Trickett out there after health complications last week. The offensive line, despite its poor performance against Notre Dame, looked the same as it has looked all year long.
Demarcus Christmas and Mavin Saunders were back and dressed, taking full reps with their position groups.
Jim Grobe was at practice today with what appeared to be the Tallahassee Quarterback Club, I'm assuming he'll be speaking to the club.
Jimbo Fisher will speak to the media following Tuesday's practice, and I'll bring you nay necessary updates and add that video.
