Week 6 Noles in the NFL (Updated Throughout Weekend)

Week 6 brings bye weeks for a couple of Nole-laden NFL teams, as the Chiefs' Iron Man Rodney Hudson (332 out of 332 offensive snaps played, plus 21 more special teams snaps) finally gets a chance for a breather and the Saints' Brodrick Bunkley and Patrick Robinson get some time off.

In starting and sitting news, Christian Jones has a shot at a good number of snaps (perhaps even a start) this week due to the plethora of injuries on the Bears, who have Bostic, Briggs, and McClellin all not practicing and Williams a limited participant. The Bears have had Christian playing first team snaps at Sam during practice.

Teddy Bridgewater appears to have mended enough to start again this week, making Christian Ponder's rare sighting last week a one-off, to the disappointment of many FSU fans and the delight of many Vikings fans.

After two weeks of having Bryan Stork actually start their games at center, the Patriots have finally officially listed him as the starter on their web site. Thanks for catching us up, guys.

Rodney Smith is getting used to his new home with the Cleveland Browns, having been cut by the Vikings last week. No news on whether he's learned enough of the playbook to be active this week or not.

Lonnie Pryor was dropped off the Buffalo practice squad this week and as of this writing has not been picked up by anyone else. Good luck to him.

In the good news department, Detroit picked up Mike Harris (cut by the Jags prior to the season) for their practice squad. All he needs is a chance.

As always, the Week 6 stats will be updated with deactivations as that news becomes available and with stats as the games end this weekend.
