Oklahoma State loses another major piece

According to the Oklahoma State beat writers at the Tulsa World Herald, safety Lyndell Johnson is no longer at Oklahoma State. This is a major loss for a team that already lost 14 starters and 8 second-stringers to graduation and/or the NFL draft. "Johnson, a native of Plano, Texas, was a key member of the Cowboys' defense last season after moving from linebacker to safety to see more playing time. He started three games because of injuries and was expected to move into the starting lineup with the departures of seniors Daytawion Lowe and Shamiel Gary and reserve Zack Craig. Now, sophomores Deric Robertson and Jordan Sterns are likely candidates to become starters. Senior Larry Stephens also returns after a season-ending injury in Week 1 of last season." FSU opens with Oklahoma State in Dallas on Labor Day weekend. Update: Oklahoma State's returning starter at Center is also gone.

What the meaning behind your profile name

I've been a member on Tomahawk Nation for a while now, and it's been a pleasure reading the articles and comments. I've always been curious to how some of you came up with your profile name. I know I choose mine because Interstate 275 runs through St. Petersburg, and I'm a Noles fan (of course); hence the name I275Nole. If anyone else cares to share, I would like to know

Worton asks Rudolph if he's visiting UF

Florida State WR commit C.J. Worton is on a visit to UF this weekend, and he asked fellow FSU receiver commitment Travis Rudolph if he'll be visiting Gainesville this weekend also. Florida is trying desperately to get Rudolph to visit.

Travis Rudolph seems fully committed

Florida State superstar receiver commit Travis Rudolph has been heavily pursued by UF of late, but Thursday evening he posted this instagram of him with coaches Fisher, Dawsey and Kelly during his in-home visit. Rudolph may be the most college-ready receiver in the country and is a big part of FSU's class.

Long time lurker, and I just wanted to share my creation...

Because it's about time they gave us a national monument. Go Noles!

Pretty much spot on, methinks.
