Jesus "BoBo" Wilson enters plea deal

As expected at the time of his arrest for scooter theft, sophomore receiver Jesus "BoBo" Wilson plead down to a lesser charge Thursday. Wilson plead no contest for petit theft and criminal mischief. Paid $1074 in restitution, 30 jail work camp days (other outlets reported "hours," but the penalty apparently is days, so Etters was correct in his reporting) and one year probation. He has been working out with the team and participating in all team activities, and was never expected to be dismissed or anything close to that, despite rumor mongering from some in the media. Sources indicate that Wilson will likely face some form of discipline or punishment from the team.

Lamarcus Joyner is looking great

As he did at FSU, Lamarcus is making some statements in D for the Rams.

Jameis Winston volunteers at local community center. Again.

Winston actually does this quite a bit. But this won't get many clicks. Repeat volunteer.

Jameis Winston, Chris Casher were squirrel hunting in 2012

Did y'all even realize the trail was technically on campus? Anyhow, police stopped them at gunpoint, because that's what police do when they see someone with a gun. The two weren't arrested or charged, but the pellet guns were confiscated because it was on campus. Of course, as the report indicates, this was before the alleged "BB Gun Battle" at their apartment complex. Winston and Casher are both from Alabama and using pellet guns to hunt squirrels isn't out of the ordinary in the South.

Upset Meter 2014

Article from Phil Steele on how upsets from the previous season affects how teams are valued in the upcoming season. It is actually pretty intuitive but still interesting to see a more scientific approach taken.

Do you agree with ESPN's percentages?

It's crazy that this is even a question, but these aren't that out of the question given the Vegas lines.

The Renegade Report - Fall Camp Preview

Now the focus turns to fall camp where Jimbo Fisher hopes to successfully implement this season’s mantra "Attitude Of Domination"

Each week from now until the beginning of the season, we’ll tackle some of the question marks surrounding the Seminoles’ quest to repeat as National Champions.

This week we debate Charles Kelly’s impact at defensive coordinator and whether or not Jeremy Pruitt will be missed.

We also discuss Christian Green and Jarred "Scooter" Haggins and the need for them to step up this season.
